Our founder and master artisan team bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in leatherwork and luxury bag transformation. From learning pattern-making, stitching, and repair in traditional leather workshops, to specializing in creative redesigns of iconic luxury pieces — we've personally worked on thousands of bags from brands including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès, Balenciaga, Celine, and more.
Aged leather, oxidized hardware, torn linings, broken zippers — or bags that have been nearly burned, chewed by pets, or covered in mold — we've seen it all, and we're confident we can handle it.

- Mixed-Material Custom Design: Combining your old clothing (denim, trench coats, silk scarves) with your luxury bag to create a completely unique, personalized piece.
- Severe Damage Rescue: For bags that are burned, torn, stained, or destroyed by pets — we perform creative restoration and redesign while preserving the original brand elements, giving your bag a second life.
